For consideration of shipment the same day, all orders must be received each business day by 11:00 a.m./PST. Consideration is based on product availability and credit/credit card approval. Appropriate substitutions will be made if the part ordered is no longer available or currently out of stock.
A valid Visa, American Express, or MasterCard must be submitted at time of order. The credit card will not be charged until the order is processed and shipped.
Mitsubishi will only accept orders on this site that will ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia.
Post Office Boxes are not eligible for shipping.
Tax-exempt customers must contact the Parts Department at (800) 553-7278 to place an order; otherwise, taxes will be assessed when using this site.
A Handling Charge of $5.00 is applied to each order.
Overnight and expedited delivery is based on business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not included).
The freight rates currently displayed in this system are for shipments of one piece of a single part number. The freight charge for orders of multiple quantities and part numbers may be recalculated and held until the customer is contacted and agrees to accept the new freight charges if the new charge increases more than $10.00
To receive an item on a Saturday requires specifically requesting “Saturday Delivery” which is not available in all areas.
Taxes are based on State and local rates for the shipping destination. Any changes that occur in these tax rates between the date order and the date shipped and billed, will be automatically applied to your order totals.

Orders must be inspected when received for any shipping damage which must be immediately reported to ensure claims are properly processed.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Returns may be initiated by calling the Parts Department at (800) 553-7278 Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific time to receive a return authorization number.
Requests to cancel orders must be made by contacting Mitsubishi’s order desk at (800) 553-7278 Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific time and prior to the shipping of the order. Product has been deemed shipped when Mitsubishi’s warehouse has received a picking/shipping order.
